General Description:


The University of Saint Mary Natural Sciences and Mathematics Department is a close, collegial faculty dedicated to the teaching-learning relationship.  Candidates should be attracted to this type of environment.  The Natural Sciences and Mathematics Department offers undergraduate degrees in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. The position is in the Chemistry program, and involves teaching core Chemistry courses and Physics. 
 

Qualifications:


Doctorate in Chemistry.
 

Contract:


Position start date is August 14, 2013.  The Search Committee will begin evaluating applications immediately and will continue on an on-going basis until a suitable candidate is identified. 
 

Rank and Salary:


The position is tenure-track. Salary will be based on an annual nine-month appointment commensurate with experience and qualifications.
