USM Students Flex Their Musical Skills at Fall Recital

7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19 | Mead Hall Walnut Room 

(Leavenworth, Kan.)—The University of Saint Mary department of fine arts-music will present the second Student Recital of the Fall 2013 semester at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, in the Mead Hall Walnut Room on USM’s Leavenworth campus, 4100 South 4th Street.

The recital is free and open to the public.

The evening’s program will include performances by singers, flutists, and pianists from both USM students and members of the university’s Preparatory Division, as well as the University String Ensemble.

The program will include works by Mozart, Schubert, and Clementi.

Student performers from the Leavenworth-Lansing area include Patrick Boarman, Amanda Jacobs, Katie Nelson, Anthony Clouse, Katie Peterson and Conner Baker. Students making their recital debuts are Marie Young, Bonnie Cobb, Savannah Jackson, and Carissa Bruner.
