DESCRIPTION:The "Trick or Treat Off the Streets" program is free and open to the public and is a Halloween favorite in the Leavenworth-Lansing area. \n\nChilren and parents are free to roam in costume through Maria and Berkel halls, USM's two residence halls.\n\nUSM students will be in costume and will pass out treats to young trick-or-treaters. Parents or legal guardians must accompany children at the event, and all participants must provide their own bags for carrying candy and goodies.\n\nMaria and Berkel Hall
