Don Orrell, CPA
Don Orrell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University, a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). An experienced accountant and auditor, Orrell’s professional experience includes auditing Fortune 500 companies such as Williams Brothers Pipeline and PepsiCo. He also was the senior auditor for organizations such as the NAIA and the School of the Ozarks.
In addition to teaching at USM, Orrell is a proprietor of accounting and taxation company in the greater Kansas City area. He is an experienced computer programmer and database administrator, and attempts to implement technological expertise into his business and accounting classes.
