The USM nursing program requires several courses for admission into the program. Students must earn a minimum of a C+ in each of the following classes before officially gaining admission into the program:

Chemistry (with lab)
Microbiology (with lab)
Anatomy (with lab)
Physiology (with lab)
Biology (with lab)
Human Development or Psychology of Childhood & Adolescence
Intro Sociology or Psychology
Statistics
