Berkel Hall is a suite-style residence hall at the University of Saint Mary. This is USM's newest residence hall, built to accommodate the growing number of students on campus.
Housing freshmen through seniors, the $4.7 million Berkel Hall is the first residence hall built on the main campus since Maria Hall opened in 1964. Its state-of-the-art design features units with a suite-style floorplan.
Most of the units offer:
Four private bedrooms that share a common area
Two bathrooms shared by two people
Two vanities with double sinks
Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
Cable and high speed internet access in each bedroom
Laundry area on each floor
Access to a common lounge
Please note: Berkel rooms feature XL twin beds.
