SIGI3- Major and Career Exploration Tool:

Need help figuring out what major to declare for a certain career? The System of Integrated Guidance and Information (SIGI3) can guide you to finding paths tailored toward your specific needs and personality!

SIGI3 integrates self-assessment with in-depth and up-to-date career information that is easy to use and will provide you with a realistic view of the best educational and career options for your future success.  FREE to all USM students and alumni, this tool helps you to examine key motivators and matches work-related values, interests, personality, and skills to educational and career paths.

So get started exploring potential majors and careers today by creating a SIGI3 User ID and completing the three self assessments: values, interests, and personality types.  Once you have completed the assessments, view your results in your "Portfolio" and begin to explore "Suggested Occupations" based on your assessment results.
