Service-Learning Courses:
Combine academic coursework with community service for your students. Community placements offer students the opportunity to experience the abstract concepts they are learning in the classroom in a real-world setting. Or work with a student on an independent study while the student connects relevant experiences with curriculum concepts. Please allow the following syllabi's and forms to serve as an example and guide for your Service-Learning quest!
Workshops and Institutes:
Want to learn or better your Service-Learning skills? Participate in workshops and faculty professional development institutes offered by Campus Compact, to ensure that you are an effective entity to the Service-Learning mission.
Service Learning Funding:
Often times Service Learning projects may take extra funding. Please don't let money be a reason to impede your creative process, because there are plenty of financial and alternative resources to make your projects possible. Please visit the Service Learning office and/or the following website for more information
