last class attended. Withdrawal date
will be determined according to the
records in the Registrars Office.

- Rooms are rented for the semester; there is no refund in cases of withdrawal.
- Refund on board will be computed from the beginning of the second week after withdrawal.
- Room reservation deposits for returning students are not refunded.
To obtain refunds, a student must present an official notice of withdrawal bearing the date and signature of the academic dean to the accounting office. Refunds will be given within three weeks. Persons requesting information concerning exceptions to published refund policies and charges should contact the vice-president for administrative services.
In determining the amount of the refund due to the student, the college will take into consideration the forms of financial aid a student has received. The amount of refund attributable to federal loans or grants (Title IV Aid) is required by law to be returned to the Title IV programs calculated as follows:
