The University of Saint
Mary opened a new “apartment-style” residence
hall on the north end of main campus in Fall 2009.
The new dorm was built to accommodate the
growing number of students on campus. In recent years, the university has the highest enrollment
of full-time students it has seen since
the 1970s.

The new $4.7 million residence hall is the first
dorm to be built on the main campus since
Maria Hall opened in 1964.

| Modular furniture can be reconfigured. |
The units come in two configurations, one with four private bedrooms that share a common area and kitchenette and one with two bathrooms shared by two people.
All units have:
• 2 vanities with double sinks
• individually controlled heating and air conditioning
• cable and high speed internet access in each bedroom
