Alumni Reunion Weekend Info:


Transportation To / From Airport


The alumni office is offering FREE transportation to / from the Kansas City International airport (MCI).

We will work with your schedule. It is important that you complete all the flight info on the registration form regarding date, pick-up time, airline, and flight number. Once on campus, please visit the Alumni Reunion Headquarters desk on the first floor of Maria Hall to arrange for your departure time.

The alumni staff is willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay at Saint Mary comfortable and enjoyable. We hope all alumni and their guests will stay on campus for the weekend. If you need assistance with anything during reunion weekend, please, visit the Alumni Reunion Headquarters desk on the first floor of Maria Hall. Additional emergency contact info will be provided in that space.

Memory Box


Next to the Alumni Reunion Headquarters desk on the first floor of Maria Hall, you will find a decorative box.

We ask that you submit your special intentions, remembrances of deceased classmates/SCLs, or anything you want.

The box will be presented at Mass during the offertory and placed by the Altar with a special petition mentioning the Memory Box.

Items enclosed will not be read aloud.


The Raffle


The raffle happens randomly throughout the weekend — starting with Friday’s Welcome Home Reception, through the Farewell Brunch on Sunday.

All sorts of great Saint Mary items are included.

We will end the weekend with a final drawing of some very special items.

No need to be present. We will call/email if you are the winner and are unable to attend reunion weekend or needed to leave early.

Saturday Library Tour and Poetry Reading


Meet in Maria Hall at the registration desk. We walk to DePaul Library to see the Lincoln Collection, the Sir John and Mary Craig Scripture Collection, etc. The 13th Amendment is on display — one of 14 known original copies. Take selfies with Abe Lincoln.
