Sept. 16, 2011
Welcome to my blog! This semester, we’ll be looking at the ups and downs of starting a new athletic program.
Starting a new cross country program has had its challenges, but thanks to the university administration and support staff, the process of building a men and women's team was smooth.
The men's team is small, but very talented. Our women's team has depth and is full of hard workers. If both teams continue to work hard, they will do some great things by the end of the season.
As we start our new cross country program, I am very happy with the training that the runners did over the summer. This next month we must do the little things to get into racing shape.
