Dealing with Stress

We’ve have been in school for about six weeks now. Most of us have already had a couple tests and maybe have turned in a couple papers already. I know for me I’m starting to realize how much more studying I need to do for the nursing program and that I need to keep up with activities that help me to relieve stress.

Some things I do to help with stress are going for a walk with my dog, taking an hour before I go to bed at night and talk with my family about how my day has gone or if I am worried about anything, and most importantly I try to laugh every day.
I challenge everyone to go for a walk or do something you like and see if it helps cut back your stress and try to do something like that at least twice a week.
