(Leavenworth, Kan.)—The University of Saint Mary presents the annual Spring Choral Pops Concert Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m. in Xavier Theatre on the Saint Mary Leavenworth Campus, 4100 South 4th Street.

The concert is free and open to the public.

The Chorale and student soloists will present a program from the 1920s to the present day, including favorite songs by Irving Berlin, Rodgers and Hart, The Beatles, and the musical "Jersey Boys."

Student soloists include Shelby Groce (Piper, Kan.), Alexis Myers (Piper, Kan.), Sara Crummel (Piper, Kan.), Kylie Visocsky (Lansing, Kan.), and Eric Santa-Cruz (Kansas City, Kan.). 

Graduating seniors Rachel Martin, Eric Santa-Cruz, and Mauricia Smith will all be honored.

For the final selection ("You'll Never Walk Alone"), choir alumni will be invited to join the Chorale and music director Dr. William Krusemark, as he conducts his final work at USM before his retirement at the close of the 2018-19 Academic Year.

A reception will follow the concert in the Saint Mary Hall Social Room.
