(Leavenworth, Kan.) – The University of Saint Mary will host SpireFest, its largest fundraising event of the year, at 6 p.m. on April 22 at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza.

USM will mark SpireFest’s 20th anniversary with a roaring 20s-themed celebration. The event will include live and silent auctions, dinner, dancing, and opportunities to donate to student scholarships. Visit bidpal.net/spirefest to purchase event and raffle tickets or bid on silent auction items.

SpireFest is the single largest annual fundraising event for student scholarships and one of the most important traditions at Saint Mary,” Vice President for Advancement Mark Blanck said. “Gifts received through SpireFest will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.”

SpireFest is also part of USM’s 2023 Centennial celebration. During the event, the university will honor its founders and sponsors, the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth, as the Saint Marians of the Year.
