(Leavenworth, Kan.) – The University of Saint Mary will host a Bubble Blast 5K at 8 a.m. on June 29 on its Leavenworth Campus – 4100 S 4th Street.
The unique race experience combines running, charity, and community fun, all enhanced with a touch of bubbles. The USM Running Club and the Stefani Doctor of Physical Therapy Program are cosponsoring the event. The entry fee is $25.
Proceeds will benefit Food with Friends KC, an organization that provides food, toiletries, clothing, and other necessities to those who need them in the Kansas City community.
“We are thrilled to host USM’s first Bubble Blast 5K,” Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy Danny Collins said. “This event embodies the spirit of community and philanthropy that the University of Saint Mary values. We invite everyone to join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and bubbles, all while supporting a great cause.”
